Morgan McKinley is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant - Finance Business Partner to join a great business based in the Worthing, West Sussex area. This is a hybrid working Finance Business Partnering role working as part of the FP&A team, ideal for someone with proven Finance, management accounting experience that is keen to kick start their career in FP&A - finance business partnering or a part qualified CIMA studier looking to continue their studies.

Salary: up to £35K dependent on experience

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days office based

Finance Business Partner - Assistant Accountant duties:

  • Supporting with monthly financial analysis, review and commentary
  • Assisting the team with financial reports
  • Management accounting
  • Perform reviews to ensure financial performance is within budget
  • Prepare reporting packs with commentary on performance/budget/forecast
  • Business partner with managers / key stakeholders
  • Assist the team with monthly reporting reviews and make suggestions for improvements

Skills and experience:

  • Ideally have experience working in a Management Accounts / Financial Analysis type role
  • Excellent level of MS Excel and IT skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
