Responsibilities:

• Oversee SEND policy implementation.
• Coordinate provision for children with SEN.
• Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
• Contribute to staff training and development.

Preferred Skills:

• Empathy, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SEN and emotional/behavioural challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
