Responsibilities:
- Oversee SEND policy implementation.
- Coordinate provision for children with SEN.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Contribute to staff training and development.
Preferred Skills:
- Empathy, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with SEN and emotional/behavioural challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Attributes:

- QTS/PGCE equivalent.
