Position Overview:
As an Assistant Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our school and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will lead by example, inspiring colleagues and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of policies and practices to support students with SEN.
* Lead and manage a dedicated team of teachers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
* Support the professional development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the holistic development and well-being of every student.
* Contribute to the overall vision and ethos of the school, promoting inclusive practices and celebrating diversity.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant postgraduate qualification in SEN or leadership (Desirable)
* Proven experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a leadership capacity
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a reflective approach to practice
