The Role:

Starting in September, this Hounslow based school is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher of Personal Development, with excellent leadership and collaborative skills, to join the dedicated Senior Leadership Team. In this fast-paced and high achieving school, you will be contributing to the strategic vision and academic development as the school looks to continually succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the Headteacher and become a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Lead the strategic development of personal development, working closely with key stakeholders
  • Provide care, guidance and support, ensuring that students are heard and positively contribute to school life
  • Lead and manage staff members - work collaboratively with the Deputy Headteacher - including direct line manager for different departments
