We are seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to support the Accounting & Finance team, providing business partnering and strategic financial advice on projects and implementations.

Description

  • Supporting the Finance Business Partner in delivering strategic financial advice.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Supporting project teams with financial management and advice.
  • Helping to ensure financial controls are maintained.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Participating in the improvement of financial systems and processes.
  • Working with other team members to achieve department goals.

Profile

A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Experience in financial business partnering.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
