About the Role:
 
My client has an exciting new position for an up-and-coming Assistant Estimator to join their pre-construction team, based out of their London office. With a large number of tenders ongoing and continuous, growth planned for the region, the business needs additional resource from a well versed, up and coming Estimator who can help support on a high volume of fit out tenders. The aim of this appointment is to develop an already savvy individual into a fully-fledged estimator, specialising in fit out projects. This role will offer direct routes of progression and development within a growing business, with the opportunity for someone to grab hold of a new area of the business and make it their own.

About the benefits / rewards:
  
The specific salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related roles and projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £35,000 – £55,000 which will also include various benefits relating to travel, healthcare & pension.
  
Requirements:
  
The ideal candidate will be an assistant level Estimator with 2 – 4 years’ experience who has a stable background of working within the construction industry contractor. Career stability will be key in the selection process, as the client is keen to land a colleague with only a small handful of previous employers. This candidates experience should cover tenders for fit out works on projects ranging from £1m to £10m.
