Assistant Construction Project Manager
A friendly Construction Consultancy are presently in search of a highly motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their London office.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
The Assistant Construction Project Manager will be involved in a diverse range of projects, ranging from garden stonework walls and extensions to new builds, with project values of up to £10 million.
The daily responsibilities of the Assistant Construction Project Manager will involve assisting with appointments and design management to support the execution of feasibility studies. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring the project's advancement from start to finish, ensuring timely project completion.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager
- Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree (Desirable)
- Good numeracy, literacy, and language skills
- Good IT Skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience of working in a Project Management or Building Surveying role / environment (Desirable)
- Good report writing skills
