A leading property and construction consultancy are actively looking for a bright Assistant Building Surveyor to bolster their Birmingham team.

The Assistant Building Surveyors' role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will join a collaborative team, exposed to a variety of projects including industrial, hotel, leisure, residential, retail and public sector schemes.

Additionally, the Assistant Building Surveyor will provide professional services such as contract administration, dilapidations, party wall, defect analysis, technical compliance and specification.

As the new Assistant Building Surveyor within the team, you'll receive day to day support, tailored to support you both personally and professionally, including APC.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

  • A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Keen to complete APC
  • A driven and ambitious individual
  • Strong teamwork skills
