Assistant Building Surveyor

Our client a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based near Islington, are currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. In this opportunity the successful candidate will be working under the guidance of the building surveying directors and associates. This role will involve utilising and developing your technical skills, communication, health & safety, administration and development skills.

In this position you'll be assisting with Party Wall Issues, Dilapidations, Building Surveys, Commercial Refurbishment Projects, Contract Administration and Project Management. - Please not that these are only some of the selected duties, further details can be discussed.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate has minimum of 2 years' experience within building surveying with the ambition to purse the RICS APC.

Assistant Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £30k - £45k DOE
• Support with professional training and progression / Including APC support

Assistant Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• A professional degree in Building Surveying
• Two/three years' experience within the industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Especially Excel and Word
