A boutique, independent chartered surveying practice is currently on the lookout for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to become a key player within their progressive Essex-based team.

The Assistant Building Survyeor's role

The opportunity will see the Assistant Building Surveyor work closely with an impressively varied client portfolio throughout Greater London. This position is set to cover a wide array of services, fully encompassing the breadth of traditional building surveying competencies. This includes, but is not limited to, Fire Risk Assessments, Defect Diagnosis, and Schedules of Condition, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching professional experience.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from receiving a personalised APC support program whilst joining a close-knit, unified, and friendly team who offer concise real estate advice throughout the property cycle.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have

• RICS accredited degree
• APC enrolled ideally (Building Surveying pathway)
• A positive and dedicated attitude
• Based within a commutable distance of Southwest Essex
• Strong communicator - both written and verbal
