A prestigious opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join one of two vibrant consultancy teams within a leading multidisciplinary practice in London.

The Assistant Building surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will become a key part of a dynamic team, delivering a wide array of services to an exciting and diverse client portfolio across the commericial, education, heritage, retail and industrial sectors.

Your role as Assistant Building Surveyor will involve working on everything from dilapidations and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to party wall matters, surveys, and project management on projects ranging from £50k to £4M.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

  • A degree in Building Surveying either BSc or MSc.
  • Some experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a similar practice.
  • Ideally have made a start with APC progression or keen to progress.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a team-player attitude.

In return?

  • £30,000 - £36,000
  • Full APC training and support
  • 25 days annual leave, bank holidays & birthday off (ability to buy & sell)
