Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their branch that is based South of Chelmsford. The ideal individual must have experience listing properties on the market.

In return, our client is offering the successful Assistant Branch Manager the following:

  • Basic salary will be depending on experience
  • Realistic OTE of up to £50,000!
  • Car allowance or company car
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Career progression

The role of an Assistant Branch Manager will involve:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Conducting Valuations
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Cross-selling
  • Sales Progression
  • Assist in managing the team
  • Driving the business forward
  • Provide excellent customer service

The successful Assistant Branch Manager will have:

  • Experience working as a Valuer or Manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and passionate about property
  • Friendly approach
  • Team player
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • A driving license
