Assistant Accountant

Your new company
This dominant manufacturing business, established for nearly 40 years are now looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join the existing team in the Llanelli site on an initial temporary basis due to business growth.

Your new role
You will prepare and support the preparation of monthly Accruals/Prepayments, Journals and Balance sheet reconciliations and support the preparation of variance analysis of costs for month end reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in obtaining this exciting role you will need prior experience in management accounting, alongside a positive attitude to learning, excellent Excel proficiency is required.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £28,000 to £29,000 a year pro-rata for the duration of the contract and you will gain the experience of working in a well-established finance function.
