Assistant Accountant (Service Charge)

We are delighted to be working with a Care Provider in the South West who are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant (Service Charge) to join their team on a 3 months basis with a strong possibility for extension.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of up to £24.79 via an Umbrella Company. This is a hybrid position and can be flexible with travel to the office.

Our client are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running with the role due to start as soon as possible.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting with tenant billing
• Assisting with ad hoc service charge duties as required
• Producing journals
• Completing double entry bookkeeping
• Assisting with the month end process
• Completing other ad hoc duties according to business needs

Experience/skills required:

• Calculating rent and service charge
• Knowledge of Excel- pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
• Self-motivated

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexible)
