We are currently looking for an Asset Surveyor who specialises in repairs and disrepair's to join a local authority in the Leeds area. As the Asset Surveyor you will be an expert at maintaining their assets, specifiying and managing the diagnosis and delivery of HHSRS remediations including Damp and Mould repairs identified through Stock Condition Surveys or customer referrals.

Duties of the Asset Surveyor:

  • Identifying, managing following up repairs and supporting the effective coordination of planned and cyclical maintenance.
  • Ensure customers receive high-quality repairs service that delivers value for money and high customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise and work with stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Provide a forensic understanding of the buildings including diagnosis and pathology as well as stock performance across the LFHA portfolio

What is required of the Asset Surveyor:

  • HNC or Degree in building surveying or similar or to demonstrate a strong background within the building industry
  • Proven experience working with others to deliver property related works
  • Experience of working within a building, surveying and maintenance environment
  • Working knowledge of legislations and best practice
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages
  • Full valid driving licence
  • Strong knowledge surrounding HHSRS
