Do you have a passion to make a real difference to Development & Sales success? Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for two highly motivated and enthusiastic Asset Sales Officer’s to join our client’s Development and Sales team.

They are a leading housing group across the Midlands & East of England, committed to enhancing communities and improving lives of both their colleagues and customers. With a mission to provide safe, affordable housing, they are now seeking dynamic individuals to join their team. Some key responsibilities are listed below:

  • Play a crucial part in helping to deliver a centric sales service to their customers across their Asset Sales function, including sales of their extensive leasehold and private rented portfolios

  • Working across the wider team, and subsequently in partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as Agents and Partners to ensure an efficient sales service is delivered to their customers from initial enquiry through to occupancy

  • Be responsible for managing sales on behalf of their customers and the Group

  • Developing professional relationships with external partners to support sales delivery

  • Maintaining and updating their sales Dynamics CRM system to allow for accurate sales information to be provided for reporting purposes

  • Strive to innovate their Asset Sales service, implementing strategies to ensure sales are delivered within target and given timescales

This role is offered on 6-month fixed term contract, working 27.5 hours per week across 5 days. It’s a hybrid position, which to them means home-working with an expectation of a minimum of 1 day per week working in their Boston, Rushden or Peterborough offices. There will also be travel across their geography (Midlands / East of England) for team working days, meetings and training purposes.

Their ideal candidate’s will possess knowledge of property sales and be comfortable with working to deadlines. This includes delivering on sales targets to help the team achieve their KPI’s and Business Plan objectives.
