£80,000 - 110,000 p.a (depending on experience)
An award winning Real Estate investment management firm, with a reputation for coupling innovative and responsible investing with strong investor returns, require an experienced Asset Manager to join their growing team.
You would be joining the London based Fund Management team, working on strategic, value add management initiatives across a portfolio of high profile PRS, housing and residential assets across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the fund management team to create and implement asset management strategy and activities.
- Proactive revenue enhancement via renegotiation of existing leases & leasing of vacant space.
- Oversight of strategic capex projects including refurbishments and redevelopments.
- Responsible for managing the relationship and performance of external property managers.
- Recommending investment or disposal opportunities, including liaising with fund managers and the client as well as coordination of external valuers, agents and other professional teams.
- Supporting the fund manager with investor relations.
- Maintaining fund and property financial forecasts.
Key requirements:
- Over 5 years’ experience in asset management, ideally within the residential, PRS or living sector.
- A proven track record of implementing value-add strategies.
- MRICS or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience with project management of refurbishments and/or redevelopments.
