Assembly Team Leader required. Our client is a well-established provider of electrical power supply components based in the Aldermaston, Berkshire area. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assembly Team Leader to carry out electrical and mechanical assembly whilst guiding and supporting the small assembly team.

Assembly Team Leader Position Overview
  • Carrying out product modifications and assemblies of products to customer specifications
  • Providing guidance and ongoing training to the small assembly team
  • Ensuring products are built in accordance with ISO9001 requirements
  • Carrying out product testing and verification
  • Modifying PCB's and wirings of products
Assembly Team Leader Position Requirements
  • Proven background within a senior assembly or team leader role within a electrical and mechanical assembly
  • Based in a commutable distance of Aldermaston, Berkshire
  • Understanding of ISO9001 standards
  • Experience and / or qualifications with IPC standards are desirable
Assembly Team Leader Position Remuneration
  • Starting salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:30, permanent position.
  • Life assurance, medical cash plan and pension.
  • Free onsite parking
