Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a manufacturing company based in Bradford to recruit an Assembly Production Supervisor  

Salary £30k +29% shift allowance - £38,700

Hours: Permanent Nights - Monday – Thursday, 10pm – 6am Friday 7pm – 1:30am

The Assembly Production Supervisor will lead and develop a team of approximately 25 operatives on the night shift.

Duties and responsibilities of the Productions Supervisor will include:

  • Delivering daily and weekly shift reports and handing over full shift breakdown
  • Drive engagement across teams and support development, whilst recognising areas for improvement
  • Driving a safety first culture and addressing any Health & Safety risks
  • Ensuring production plans are achieved whilst monitoring targets including OTIF and OEE
  • Support direct management with all performance and absence related issues

We are looking for Production Supervisors with the following skills and experience:

  • Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within assembly
  • IOSH preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in lean methodologies
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
