Assembly Operative

Premier Work Support are recruiting for a number of Assembly Operatives, to work in a busy factory based in Crawley. These are temporary positions however there may be opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates.

You will be assembling manufacturing components on the assembly line, using small hand held tools, carrying out basic testing of finished products and packaging and labelling of finished stock. There will be heavy lifting involved.

This is a varied role so successful applicants must be able to work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Good timekeeping in this environment is essential.

Hours of work are:

• Monday to Thursday, 6:45am to 3:20pm and Friday, 6am to 11am with an hourly pay rate starting at £11.44

Overtime rates after 12 weeks:

• Time and a 3rd = £15.21 per hour after 2 hours.
• Time and a half = £17.16 per hour after 2 hours.
