Forde Recruitment are currently recruiting for assembly operatives on behalf of our client who specialise in manufacturing timber products for commercial clients throughout the UK.

Their large manufacturing facility employs approximately 100 people & they currently have vacancies for assembly operatives on a temp to perm basis.

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 (06:00-16:30 including overtime)

The Ideal Candidate

  • The successful candidate will preferably have experience of working in a manufacturing environment however training will be given by one of our clients experienced employees.
  • The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime every week, be punctual, a good time keeper & be reliable
  • MUST also be able to read a tape measure & understand measurements
  • We are looking for honest, hardworking, reliable people who will come and improve our production team. In return we offer a secure, permanent position with a well established company which will provide an exciting & rewarding career for the right individuals.

With a fantastic bonus incentive, and overtime available, earlings can be £550-£750 per week.
