Salary: £85 - £100 per day

Responsibilities as an Aspiring Therapist:
- Assist licensed therapists in conducting therapy sessions and implementing treatment plans.
- Participate in client assessments and evaluations to understand their needs and progress.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and support workshops under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay informed about current therapeutic approaches and best practices in mental health care.
Requirements for Aspiring Therapists:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (Master's degree or currently enrolled in a therapy program preferred).
- Genuine interest in mental health and therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under supervision.
- Eagerness to learn and develop therapeutic skills.
- Previous experience or exposure to mental health or counseling settings is advantageous.
