A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham are on the hunt for Aspiring Music Teacher for a September 2024 start. This is a full time, and permanent post.

** Due to a candidate shortage this year my client is looking to take people on a permanent contract at £36,500 **

You will be working across the Music Department, supporting KS3-5 lessons, while having a focus on attainment & the quality of learning. This is the perfect opportunity if you're an aspiring Music Teacher looking to gain experience before enrolling onto teacher training.

The Head Teacher would ideally like a Music Graduate with any of the following Music related degrees:

  • Film Scoring (or Scoring for Visual Media) (Music)

  • Music Therapy (Music)
  • Commercial/Popular Music (Music)
  • Jazz Studies (Music)

You will have the opportunity to enrol onto a Salaried Schools Direct opportunity via the Secondary School either starting September 2024 or 2025.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have a desirable degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
  • Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
  • Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
  • You must be able to engage and motivate the students
  • Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
