Position: Asbestos Surveyor

Role and Responsibilities: This Asbestos Surveyor role involves conducting thorough asbestos surveys a range of properties. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines and regulations.
  • Providing accurate and detailed reports on asbestos-containing materials found during surveys.
  • Maintaining clear records and documentation of survey findings.
  • Liaising with clients to explain survey results and provide recommendations for safe asbestos management.
  • Contributing to the expansion of the company's services into commercial asbestos surveying.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an asbestos surveyor is essential.
  • P402 qualified
  • Familiarity with HSE guidelines and regulations related to asbestos surveys.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and assess asbestos-containing materials.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and clear reporting.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and keeping up-to-date with industry changes.
