Asbestos Surveyor based in Bristol

Salary Range: £32,440 - £38,260

As an asbestos surveyor you will have to undertake responsibilities such as:

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across diverse properties in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• To compile detailed reports for clients
• Ensuring you adhere to UKAS standards and compliance with HSG:264 guidelines in all conducted work
• Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships
• Providing technical support and addressing inquiries as needed

For the job you will need qualifications and experience such as:

At a bare minimum, a candidate will need his P402 Asbestos Surveying certificate. Any candidate should have at least 12 months of experience or be able to work independently. Additionally Asbestos Surveyors should hold a full UK driving license (preferably without any points on it). Excellent communication skills, comprehensive understandings of HSG:264 will help anyone get a more desirable salary.

Commutable locations to Bristol: Bath, Weston-Super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, Keynsham, Yate, Thornbury, Nailsea, Chippenham, Stroud, Frome, Chepstow, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon, Trowbridge, Devizes, Cirencester, Bridgwater, and Wells.
