Asbestos Surveyor - Maidenhead, Kent, Southeast

£30,000 - £38,000

A Full Benefits Package is Included with 25 days of Annual Leave + Public Holidays

(Salary is as advertised but negotiable and dependent on experience and expertise)

Join an Asbestos Consultancy with nearly 15 years' experience adhering to HSE guidance and having incredible success.

It is because of that success that it is a great time to get involved whilst they continue to win contracts and expand, working on a whole variety of sites be it domestic or commercial, big or small!

Essential requirements:

- BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience

- Experience of working on projects in the domestic sectors

- Full UK driving license

- Flexibility to commute and complete out of hours/weekend work

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

As an asbestos surveyor you will be involved in:

- Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.

- Compiling comprehensive reports to be sent to clients

- Ensuring all work carried out is to UKAS standards and in line with HSG:264

- Building and maintain strong client relationships

- Assisting with any queries and provide technical support
