Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits
Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos industry and we are currently working alongside an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence in the South East of England. They are now looking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor to carry out the full range of surveying duties on Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare site, ensuring work carried out complies with HSG 264 guidelines. The successful candidate will be given tailored training plans, company pension scheme, and holiday allowance.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Canterbury, Maidstone, Croydon, Epsom, Southend-on-Sea, Harlow, Cheshunt, Basildon, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon, Brentwood.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working as a surveyor.
" Fully versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
" Will have excellent communication skills.
" Familiar using industry recognised systems.
The Role:
" Will be carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on a varied site base.
" Sampling ACMs and ensuring they are bagged and labelled correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
Alternative Job titles: Asbestos Surveyor Trainee Asbestos Surveyor , Environmental Surveyor, Asbestos Consultant.
