Surveyor (Asbestos) – Kent - £30,000 - £35,000 DOE 
  
TN Recruits have a superb new opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join this ambitious, fast-growing consultancy, who offer bespoke services and training courses within the construction industry. They offer fantastic training and progression and career development!
  
Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a proactive and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor with construction sector experience to join their expert team.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct asbestos, demolition and refurbishment surveys in accordance with industry standards and regulations on a mixed range of sites.
  • Collecting data and generating accurate reports detailing survey findings.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Utilise your construction industry experience to effectively navigate job requirements.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license for travel to various job sites (business mileage fuel allowance provided).
Requirements:
  • Possession of P402 or RSPH Qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Knowledge of relevant and current H&S legislation
  • Car owner with valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE (Possibility of flexibility).
  • Christmas bonus (Discretionary).
  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm work schedule.
  • 20 days holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown from 20th December to 3rd January).
