Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Essex, Northeast London
Package: £26,000 - £34,000 including a company vehicle and fuel card
The Company: An independent National Environmental Agency operating for nearly 30 years with over 100 employees. They support some of the UK's largest, most respected organizations to ensure their people, the wider community, and their reputations are protected. Their services encompass a range of environmental solutions, including asbestos management, air quality monitoring, and environmental compliance.
The Job: They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled asbestos analyst to join their dynamic team. As an asbestos analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting asbestos surveys, sampling, and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguard the health and safety of individuals and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos surveys on domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Interpret laboratory results and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
- Provide advice on asbestos management and remediation.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys, analyses, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- BHOS P402 qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Proficient knowledge of IT and TEAMS.
