Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Exeter, Devon.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting for an established Asbestos Constancy who have a strong presence in the South West of England. Due to acquiring new contracts they are now looking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties across Educational, Healthcare, Industrial, Leisure and Domestic sites. Our client would consider candidates who only hold experience carrying out surveying duties, holding the BOHS P402 qualification, and who are looking to expand their experience and gain further Pcert modules. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Tiverton, Bampton, Barnstaple, Bideford, Hatherleigh, Launceston, Tavistock, Torquay, Exmouth, Plymouth, Bodmin, Truro, Newquay, Redruth, Falmouth.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 as a minimum.
" Ideally holding the P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications is essential to the role.
" Will have experience carrying out surveying and analytical duties on a varied range of sites.
" In depth knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Will work efficiently in line with company / client requirements.
" Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" ACM sampling.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Correctly bagging & labelling ACM samples prior to sending to the laboratory for analysis.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Carrying out visual re-inspections.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / 248 guidelines.
" Producing detailed reports based on site findings, using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

Alternative Job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Consultant, Trainee Asbestos Surveyor, Environmental Surveyor.
