This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform conceptual ideas into visually stunning outputs and collaborate closely with their Client Services team to exceed client expectations.

Key Details:

Location: Fully on-site at their offices, near Colchester, Essex (hybrid/remote work not available)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Please note that due to the location of their offices, the client will only consider candidates who has a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle.

Job Overview:

As an Art Worker, you'll be responsible for creating precise artwork that adheres to quality standards and brand guidelines. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Client Services team and the wider studio to ensure timely delivery and maximum profitability on every project. Proficiency in Mac Operation and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for executing projects with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Create precise artwork according to quality standards and brand guidelines
• Maintain open communication with the Client Services team and the wider studio
• Drive maximum profitability on all projects
• Champion accuracy, attention to detail, and precision
• Ensure artwork remains consistently accurate and aligned with brand specifications
• Recognise and respond to the commercial urgency of the role
• Pursue excellence and adapt in a dynamic studio environment
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of print and print production
• Provide coverage and take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the Studio Manager

About You:

• Proficient in Mac Operation and Adobe Creative Suite
• HND/Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Marketing Agency and Production Studio environment
• Proven experience in managing tight deadlines and outstanding planning and organisational skills
• Experience working within brand guidelines and managing multiple concurrent objectives and goals
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Teams
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong writing, grammatical, and proofing skills
• Works harmoniously within a team, thrives in high-pressure situations, and consistently meets client needs while maintaining self-motivation when working autonomously
