teach195. are seeking an Art Teacher to join our dedicated cohort of staff fulfilling positions in Rochdale and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for outstanding individuals with a strong background in teaching Art/Design/Photography in secondary settings to enhance their experience and career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Art and Design lessons following the National Curriculum.
- Create a classroom environment that is inclusive and conducive to learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement of all pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Ability to work with various media to produce the highest quality work.
- Commitment to safeguarding of all pupils and their families.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Art and Design Teacher with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes.
- Excellent knowledge of the Art and Design curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
