The Armament Supervisor role requires an experienced aircraft technician to supervise a team maintaining/repairing aircraft equipment & components. Responsibilities include overseeing work per regulations, analyzing faults, ensuring airworthiness, meeting delivery targets, leading the team, and implementing improvements.

Core duties involve supervising detailed maintenance/inspections on components per tech docs, undertaking maintenance on weapons systems, resolving issues, maintaining compliance with procedures, evaluating faults, authorizing tasks, and providing guidance.

Key activities include managing Part 145 activities, delivery targets, personnel qualifications, compliance with regulations/standards, safety programs, audits, and contractual requirements.

Requirements: Engineering Apprenticeship, relevant qualifications, 2+ years experience as competent leader, logbook of skills/authorities, aviation safety knowledge, management/leadership training.
