Are you ready to take the next step in your career as an Area Technical Manager?

Our client, a major operator of diverse leisure facilities are currently recruiting for an ambitious Area Technical Manager to service their sites around the Surrey region.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £37-40k + benefits.

As the Area Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing technical operations across multiple sites. You'll need a trade qualification, ideally some exposure to water filtration, and experience in managing technical operations within commercial buildings or facilities. A valid driving licence is a must-have for this role.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical operations across multiple sites
  • Oversee PPM activities to ensure compliance and high standards
  • Rectify and resolve building issues either directly or through contractors
  • Effectively manage the maintenance budget for the region
  • Provide technical expertise and support to site teams
Preferred Requirements:
  • Trade qualification
  • Experience in managing technical operations within commercial buildings or facilities
  • Valid driving licence
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple sites
