Area to be covered: North East (Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + £10,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Managers - Carpet & Flooring will involve:

• Field sales position selling a distributed range of carpets & flooring products
• All of your time will be spent selling into flooring contractors, independent flooring retailers, flooring showrooms, flooring stockists and online flooring business
• Inheriting a well-established area currently turnover circa £2m
• Roughly 250 accounts on area
• Project values can vary from £100-£5k+ depending on size and scope
• Attending trade shows when needed

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Managers - Carpet & Flooring with:

• Must have sales experience in the construction industry
• Open in terms of your route to market
• Would consider someone looking for their first field sales role
• Ideally sold flooring products however not essential
• Must be able to generate new business relationship
• Must be hungry and driven with bags of enthusiasm
