A great opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a growing façade and walling systems specialist. The successful individual will have a background working in a specification / Technical sales role in the construction product sector.

Area Sales Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Performance related bonus

Area Sales Manager Position Overview
  • Report to the Sales Director
  • Responsible for developing specifications and opportunities within both the New Build and Refurbishment sectors.
  • Selling construction products into this market
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers and specialist façade installation contractors at all levels.
Area Sales Manager Position Requirements
  • Understanding of the construction process and market.
  • Minimum 3 years working within a construction specification / technical sales role
  • Knowledge of the facades and cladding market.
  • Experience of engagement with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers and specialist façade installation contractors.
  • Ideally Midlands / North West based
