Area Sales Manager - Materials Handling Equipment Service Providers

Location: South East & Midlands Area

Salary: Up to £36,000 plus car allowance, bonus, and pension scheme

Role - Area Sales Manager

My client has grown to become of the UK’s leading independently owned material handling equipment service providers, providing facilities management, training and hire to its customers. They are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager.

This is an exciting and challenging role which will involve playing a key role in growing the companies geographical portfolio through the sale of Material handling Equipment to both new and existing customers across the South East & Midlands Area

The role will also include conducting detailed application site surveys, and identifying new routes to market through proactive prospecting, networking and strategic planning. It will report directly in to the Sales Manager.

• Knowledge of Materials Handling Equipment is essential.
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
• Enjoy selling and working collaboratively with both external and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
