Area to be covered: North & Midlands

Remuneration: £40,000-£45,000 + £5,000-£10,000 Bonus

Benefits: £500 per month Car Allowance & Full Benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Underfloor Heating will involve:

• Field sales role selling electric underfloor heating into tile & bathroom independent retail showrooms
• Initially responsible for approx. 10 distributors (20+ showrooms) and a turnover of circa £500,000
• 75% new business role, you will be tasked with on-boarding new independent bathroom and tile showrooms for our client’s electric underfloor heating, as well as plumbers merchants for new "wet" underfloor heating offering (potentially also selling this direct to tile and screeding installers)
• 25% account management of existing relationships
• Working as part of a two salesperson team nationally on this particular brand
• Typically dealing with £5,000-£10,000 stock orders

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Underfloor Heating with:

• Field sales experience
• Sold into tile or bathrooms retail showrooms or plumbers merchants
• Open to most field sales backgrounds including; KBB, adhesives, tiles, kitchens, underfloor heating, boilers, bathrooms, sanitaryware etc.
• New business hunger, self-driven, motivated
• Will not suit a field sales person looking for a milk round
• A mentality of treating the area as if it was your business
• Knowledge of underfloor heating is not required as full product training will be provided
• Enthusiastic, team player with strong communication skills
