Area to be covered: North East OR North West (would potentially consider the South East)

Remuneration: £45,000neg + uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager- Retaining Wall Systems will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of retaining wall systems and masonry systems
• Majority of your time will be spent generating specification and selling directly to house builders such as: Barratt Homes, Persimmon & Taylor Wimpey
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to groundwork contractors
• Targeted to achieve £1m turnover in the first year
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships, however will be given on-going / dormant accounts
• Dealing with average order values of between £5k-£500k

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager- Retaining Wall Systems with:

• Must have specification sales experience ideally with housebuilders however would consider architect spec
• Ideally sold to both housebuilder & groundwork contractors
• Would consider someone working for a house builder or on site dealing with quantity surveyors, groundworkers, contractors etc
• Ideally from a heavy building product background dealing with products such as: retaining wall systems, concrete blocks, hard landscaping, block paving, natural stone, architectural masonry,
• Self-starter with tonnes of energy
