Area Manager (Midlands)
Home based (with travel from Lancashire down to M4 Corridor)

About Us

Owned by British family farms, we work together to produce the highest quality dairy products and we are united by a single commitment - to enrich life every day to secure the future.

Through the strong, collaborative relationships between our farmers, colleagues and partners, we know we can be regenerative - future-proofing our soil, farms, creameries and communities and making first-rate dairy products whilst we are at it.

Regeneration is a way of thinking. For us, it’s about having a positive impact on the world we live in, whilst producing nutritious, tasty dairy products to feed a growing population. As a co-operative business, this starts with our farmers, who follow regenerative farming practices. But it is so much more than that.

Regenerative thinking extends throughout our business, through our colleagues and our external relationships, resulting in a shared commitment to nourishing the earth and future generations.

We’re currently looking for an Area Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis and focus on regeneration farming across the Midlands area.

The Benefits

- Competitive salary
- Benefits package

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working with farmers and producers and an excellent grasp of agriculture to join our ambitious and growing regenerative co-operative.

You'll have the chance to be at the forefront of driving positive change, increasing milk supply, ensuring the sustainability of dairy farming and building a strong, sustainable business that benefits farmers and communities.

Alongside the freedom of a home and field based role, you will discover a positive, supportive working environment with a superb package. What’s more, we are a certified B Corp which means we have been recognised and accredited for our sustainable approach to an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.

So, if you’re ready to take on a pivotal part in making a real difference in the dairy industry, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As an Area Manager, you will work with farmers in the Midlands area to maximise the supply and quality of milk products produced from regenerative farming.

Acting as the external face of First Milk, you’ll liaise with members and stakeholders to enhance their confidence and provide technical support and expertise on regenerative farming and milk supply. Your aim will be to increase the supply of quality milk and enable us to deliver for our customers.

Additionally, you will:

- Build trust and strong relationships with dairy farmers and stakeholders within the region
