I am searching for a motivated and talented Architectural Technologist with excellent technical abilities to join a friendly team in Essex. The practice has an emphasis on providing creative, tailored designs to every client and aim to exceed expectations. The practice has a dynamic portfolio across Retail, Residential, Leisure and Public sectors.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and should have an excellent attention to detail. You will be confident in your abilities and should want to grow your career. Retail experience is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• A relevant HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
• Significant experience post qualification
• CIAT registered , or working towards depending on your level
• Excellent technical abilities
• Able to manage projects from inception to completion
• Brilliant communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confidence to liaise with clients
• Good knowledge of industry standard software
• Local to the Essex area
