Architectural Technologist | Harrogate | £27.5k - £37.5k
 
Konker is recruiting for a Architectural Technologist to join an architectural practice in Harrogate.  
 
This practice are looking to make multiple new hires, adding to the team at the Harrogate Head Office, where they have developed a great reputation and strong client base, alongside having clients and projects across the rest of the country. 
 
In North Yorkshire, they are a leading RIBA practice and have been voted employer of the year, within regional business awards with credit to their diversity, culture, and inclusion as an employer. This is shown through employing people from over 15 different nationalities.  
 
As a practice they work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects. They work within a variety of sectors, and you will never be fixed on just one sector. Instead, you can find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Logistics and Retail projects.  
 
The practice has some core beliefs which include working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible. They have a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do.  
 
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be helping run projects from inception through to completion and developing ideas for clients. You’ll also be overseeing more junior members of staff, guiding them throughout the earlier stages of their careers and delegating work between a team.  
 
The salary for this Architectural Technologist position ranges from £27,500 to £37,500 depending on previous experience and ability.
