Architectural Technologist – Sevenoaks | £30,000-£40,000

On the quest to become a Chartered Architectural Technologist? Accredited with the ACIAT and looking for a company that will continue supporting your progression?

In this Architectural Technologist role, you’ll work with a diverse team in Sevenoaks. You’ll join a team with a blend of youth and experience to support your progression and enjoy your work.

You’ll enjoy a varied portfolio of healthcare, residential, and commercial projects. This should give you exposure to a mixed set of challenges and develop your technical skills as an Architectural Technologist. The long-term goal for you will be to achieve chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

More about the Architectural Technologist's role
  • You’ll work on technical challenges for healthcare, residential, and commercial projects – delivering technical drawings from RIBA stages 1-4.
  • You’ll use software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce 2D and 3D drawing packages.
  • Keeping up to date with current building regulations is important, so you’ll need to stay on top of the latest industry changes.
  • Collaboration is part of this company’s culture, so you’ll be working closely with your architectural teammates.
If you have a CIAT accredited Architectural Technology degree and experience producing technical drawings for residential, healthcare, or commercial projects, you’ll be the perfect fit for this role. And if your current role lacks support for progression, variety of work, or an enjoyable work culture; this could be the opportunity you’re looking for.
