Architectural Technologist

Our client is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their established award winning multi-disciplinary Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team on large scale projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student accommodation and Retail sectors. Our client work on a variety of projects covering different project values and sizes. Student Residential experience is an advantage for the successful Architectural Technologist.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Keep within budgetary requirements
• Occasional site visits
• Design/ work on projects within a variety of sectors
• Develop designs into working drawings
• Coordinate tender and construction design packages
• Submission of planning / building regs
• Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
• Produce Technical details
• Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so
• Work as part of a team small design/technical team

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Motivated individual
• Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
• Previous experience on residential / student accommodation projects is an advantage
• 2+ years relevant Architectural experience
• Good technical standard

• Competitive salary (£30,000 - £42,000 DOE)
