Architectural Technologist, Bristol, £35k - £45k DOE

An award winning multi disciplinary consultancy with multiple offices across the South west are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team in Bristol. You will be delivering and working on projects in a variety of sizes and complexity across the UK. These sectors include residential commercial, education, industrial, retail, heritage, leisure and defence. You will need to be fully proficient in Revit.

The Role:
  • Producing working drawing packages to include coordination of design, production and construction packages
  • Knowledgeable on UK building regulations
  • Solve technical issues
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Lead and manage technical design projects
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Proficient in Revit is essential
  • Have excellent design technical skills
  • Proven ability to run projects across technical stages
  • UK based professional practice experience required
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Have the relevant degree – chartered CIAT
