Architectural Technician

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £30000-£36000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a knowledgeable and passionate Architectural Technician with exceptional technical abilities to join a well-established, dynamic team in Peterborough. The practice has four offices with a talented team of Technicians, Architects, Interior Designers and Landscape Designers who deliver beautiful designs for a large range of sectors including retail, education, healthcare and residential.

The successful Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience, fantastic technical abilities and have ideally managed a small team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post qualification experience working in a UK-based practice
  • Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
  • Able to produce tender and construction packages
  • Confident working to project deadlines and managing workload efficiently
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to lead a project from inception to completion
  • CIAT chartered, or working towards chartership
  • Revit experience is beneficial
