Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed technical drawings and documentation.
- Utilise Revit software proficiently to create accurate and detailed architectural models and drawings.
- Contribute to the design development process by providing technical expertise and insights.
- Produce documentation for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in architecture or a related field.
