I am actively recruiting for a RIBA Chartered dynamic and successful Architectural Practice whose collaborative design process have earnt them an excellent reputation. They specialise in heritage and MOD projects aiming to reduce environmental impact and deliver creative designs that flaunt excellent workmanship and advanced technical knowledge. With a positive outlook on future work load they are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their friendly team in Cornwall.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, boast technical expertise, has post-qualification experience and demonstratable experience across RIBA stages 4-6.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• Post qualification experience
• HND/HNC or degree qualified in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of the current building regulations
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical expertise and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and great presentation skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ideally you will have experience working on heritage projects strong time keeping and organisation abilities
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
• Work in a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment
• Keen to input to the practice growth plans
