My client a distinguished architectural practice recognised in the AJ100 list for its innovative and sustainable designs. With multiple studios located in Worthing seafront, Central London, and Central Bristol, they specialise in diverse sectors such as residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality. Their practice is dedicated to crafting inspiring spaces that enrich the lives of occupants while prioritising sustainable design principles in every project.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate closely with the senior team on medium to large-scale mixed-use and residential projects, starting from RIBA stage 4 onwards. Your responsibilities will include preparing working drawings and coordinating your work with others based on client briefs, approved planning information, and input from other consultants.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Several years of UK based experience post-qualification.
- Proficient technical skills gained through the involvement of medium to large-scale projects, preferably in residential, education, and mixed-use sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and current working knowledge of Revit is essential.
- Familiarity with current Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC Warranty Guidance, and Associated Housing Standards.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details.
- Ability to coordinate drawing packages with other design consultants.
- Capability to work independently to deliver quick turnaround times when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
